Inviting people

Invite people to your organisation with a link, see invitations not yet accepted, cancel one, and accept an invitation you were sent.

Owners and administrators invite people to an organisation. An invitation is a link that you send yourself, by email or chat. It works once, only for the email address you enter, for seven days.

Invite someone

  1. Sign in and go to Your account, and choose the organisation if you belong to several.
  2. Under Invite someone, enter Their email address.
  3. Choose a Role: Member, Billing, Administrator or, if you are an owner, Owner. See Roles.
  4. Choose Create invitation link.
  5. Choose Copy, and send the link to that person yourself.

The invitation appears under Invitations not yet accepted, with its role and the date the link stops working.

Cancel an invitation

Under Invitations not yet accepted, choose Cancel beside it. The link stops working at once.

Accept an invitation

  1. Open the link you were sent. The page says who invited you, to which organisation, in which role, and until when the link works.
  2. Sign in, or create an account, with the email address the invitation was sent to. You come back to the invitation afterwards.
  3. Choose Accept and join.

You arrive at Your account, with the organisation shown.
