The Nixt Office community is everyone who uses Nixt Mail, Writer, Sheets, Slides, PDF and Nixt DNA Server, and the people at Nixt Atlantic who make them. It is where you find answers, tell us what gets in your way, and help shape what we build next.
Find an answer
- Search the documentation. The docs cover every product: getting started, installing, each feature and setting, keyboard shortcuts, troubleshooting and FAQs. Press / on any docs page to search them all.
- Check the product’s troubleshooting page. Each product has one, for example Nixt Mail and Nixt DNA Server.
- Look up a word. The glossary explains the terms used across the suite.
Ask us
If the docs do not answer your question, write to hello@nixtoffice.com. Say which product and which version you use, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Never send a password, a licence’s signature file or the content of somebody’s mail.
Organisations with a Business or Enterprise licence for Nixt DNA Server have support of their own. Support by plan sets out what each plan includes.
Help us improve
- Share feedback and ideas, including problems you would like us to solve.
- Report a security issue privately, never in public.
- Use the Tell us link at the foot of any docs page when something there is unclear or out of date.
