We build Nixt Office around the problems people have with the tools they use today. The most useful thing you can tell us is what gets in your way.
Suggest a feature
Write to hello@nixtoffice.com with “Idea” in the subject. Tell us:
- The problem. What you were trying to get done, and what made it slow, hard or impossible.
- How often it happens, and who else it affects: just you, your team, your whole organisation.
- What you do instead today, in Nixt Office or in another product.
- If you have one in mind, how you would like it to work.
A request that starts from the problem is easier to act on than one that starts from a solution, because there is often more than one way to solve it.
Report something that does not work
Write to hello@nixtoffice.com with “Problem” in the subject, and include:
- the product, its version, and your operating system;
- the steps that lead to the problem, one at a time;
- what you expected, and what happened instead;
- any message shown, word for word.
Check the product’s troubleshooting page first; for example Nixt Mail or Nixt DNA Server. If the problem could let somebody reach data that is not theirs, do not write to this address: report it privately.
Improve the documentation
Every docs page ends with a Tell us link. It opens a message to us with the page’s name already filled in. Say what was unclear, missing or out of date.
What happens next
We read everything that arrives. We cannot promise to build every idea, or to reply to each message with a date.
